About medical expences 医療費について

For emergency consultation outside consultation hours, a deposit of ￥10,000 or ￥30,000 will be necessary according to your insurance status.

診療時間外の緊急診療の場合は、預かり金10,000円または保険状況に応じて30,000円が必要となります。

Payment 支払いについて

We accept Japanese Yen, and also credit cards during business hours.

営業時間内であれば現金（日本円）、またはクレジットカードをご利用いただけます。

Important Notes 注意事項

Your documents (Passport and/or ID card )will be photocopied, As to
書類（パスポートおよび/または身分証明書）のコピーが取られます。 1. Prevent the use of borrowed health insurance cards, as the Japanese health insurance card does not bear a photo.

If you need documents such as Refferal Letters or Medical Certificates, the standard fee is ￥13,200 when using our hospital's format, and ￥16,500 with an external format.
紹介状や診断書などの書類が必要な場合は、当院指定のフォーマットの場合は13,200円、院外フォーマットの場合は16,500円が標準料金となります。 It can be issued only on weekdays, from 8:30 to 17:30, and not outside consultation hours.
平日8:30～17:30のみ発行可能で、診療時間外は発行できません。 Translation is available only into English, and it may take additional time. 翻訳は英語のみで、さらに時間がかかる場合があります。
